Wilber has a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science. Additionally, he has an extensive background in project management including working for AT&T managing customer-controlled video switching services for the media markets. In his off time, he’s a real estate investor and has bought and sold four condominiums of his own.

Bookkeeper

Krista comes from a background in administration, data analytics, and customer service. She has an eye for accuracy and a knack for hunting data down fast. In her free time, she loves to curl up with her dogs and a good book. She also enjoys tacking the challenges of knitting, DIY projects, gardening, and cooking for her loved ones.

Maintenance technician

James has worked in the commercial and residential maintenance field for years. He loves getting to know the tenants personally and has been with the company since it’s start. He’s done literally thousands of property condition reviews and knows how to find problems most people miss. In his spare time, he and his wife enjoy berry picking and salmon fishing.

Gary is exceptionally well qualified with over 17 years of experience in everything from commercial buildings, residential homes, and even hotels. If he can’t fix it, you’ve got a real problem. He was born right here in Alaska in 1958 and has stayed here his whole life.

Scott has been working in the maintenance and construction industry for the last 15 years. In his off time he enjoys spending time with his family and fishing for salmon on the Kenai River.

Erik has been working in maintenance and remodeling for the last 20 plus years. He started his own company Minnesota before deciding to move to the last frontier. In his spare time he enjoys hanging out with friends, cooking and playing video games.

Duke is new to the maintenance profession but is very eager to learn from his coworkers. He is currently a tech helper but will hopefully be a lead tech soon. In his free time, he enjoys listening to his vinyl record collection and playing Titan fall 2.

Ken has been in the construction industry for about 16 years. When he is not working construction, he is commercial fishing in Bristol Bay. In his free time, he enjoys spending quality time with his friends and family and rooting for the Seahawks. GO HAWKS!
